Brakes Juddering At 40mph+

Hi, recently been on a long journey in my 52 Galaxy 1.9tdi and noticed it judders quite a bit when you brake at 40PMH or over. Any ideas what is causing this. Wheel balancing, or warped discs maybe

Warped disc is the most likely cause, change the front disca and pads to cure it.
